Information we collect

When you submit a loan application, referral, investor enquiry or contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, telephone number, and details about the property and financing you are seeking. We also collect standard server log information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited.

How we use it

We use the information to evaluate and process your request, to communicate with you about it, to meet our legal and regulatory obligations as a licensed mortgage broker, and to improve this website. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We do not share applicant, broker or investor information with third parties for their own marketing. We may share information with service providers who work on our behalf (for example title, escrow, appraisal and loan servicing), and where required by law, regulation, subpoena or a regulator with jurisdiction over our licences.

California privacy rights (CCPA / CPRA)

California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion or correction of it, to opt out of any sale or sharing of it, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. To make a request, email info@uslendingco.com or call (800) 943-1314.

Personal information collected in the course of applying for or servicing a mortgage loan is also subject to the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, and in some cases the GLBA notice governs instead of the CCPA.

GLBA privacy notice

As a licensed mortgage broker we are a financial institution under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act. We collect non-public personal information from your application, from consumer reporting agencies, and from the transaction itself. We restrict access to that information to those who need it to provide the service you asked for, and we maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect it.

Cookies

This site uses only the cookies and local storage needed to remember your display preferences, such as light or dark theme and language. It does not run third-party advertising trackers.

Data retention and security

We keep records for as long as required by the regulations that apply to licensed mortgage brokers, and then dispose of them securely. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure; please do not send account numbers or government identification numbers by unencrypted email.
